Phone Exchange Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing our Phone Exchange Service. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with any exchange transaction.

1. Phone Evaluation & Inspection

  • Customers must bring the device physically to our store for inspection.
  • The exchange value can only be determined after a complete assessment by our staff.
  • Online, phone, or message-based quotations are only estimates and may change after inspection.

2. Eligible Devices for Exchange

We accept:

  • Android smartphones
  • Apple iPhones
  • Selected tablets and smartphones based on condition and market demand

We do not accept:

  • Stolen or blacklisted devices
  • Phones reported lost or blocked by network providers
  • Devices under active EMI, loan, finance, or lease agreements
  • Counterfeit or cloned devices
  • Severely damaged or non-functional devices (subject to store discretion)

3. Exchange Value Determination

The exchange value of your device will be determined based on:

  • Current second-hand market value
  • Device model and age
  • Physical condition
  • Screen condition
  • Battery health
  • Functional status of hardware and software
  • Availability of original accessories and box (if applicable)

The quoted value may vary from preliminary estimates.

4. Difference Payment

  • If the exchange value of the old device is less than the price of the new device, the customer must pay the remaining balance.
  • The balance amount must be paid before the new device is handed over.
  • Additional charges may apply for accessories, warranties, or optional services.

5. Customer Responsibility Before Exchange

Before handing over the device, customers must:

  • Back up all personal data
  • Remove all Google, Apple ID, Mi, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, or other linked accounts
  • Disable Find My iPhone, Find My Device, FRP Lock, iCloud Lock, or similar security features
  • Perform a factory reset if instructed by store staff

The store is not responsible for any loss of data after the device is submitted.

6. Final Device Verification

  • Every device will undergo a final inspection before the exchange is approved.
  • Hidden defects discovered during testing may affect the exchange value.
  • The store reserves the right to reject any device at its sole discretion.

7. Identity Verification

Customers must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification, such as:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • EPIC (Voter ID Card)
  • Driving Licence
  • Passport (if applicable)

The name on the ID may be recorded for transaction and security purposes.

8. Ownership Declaration

By submitting a device for exchange, the customer confirms that:

  • They are the lawful owner of the device.
  • The device is free from any financial obligations, disputes, or legal claims.
  • All information provided is accurate and truthful.

Any false declaration may result in cancellation of the exchange.

9. No Return After Completion

  • Once the exchange transaction is completed and accepted by both parties, it is considered final.
  • Exchanged devices cannot be reclaimed or returned unless required by applicable law.

10. Store Rights

The store reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any device.
  • Modify exchange values based on inspection results.
  • Refuse transactions suspected of fraud, theft, or misuse.
  • Update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

11. Final Decision

All decisions regarding device eligibility, exchange value, approval, or rejection shall be made solely by the store management and shall be final and binding.


By proceeding with a phone exchange, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
