Return & Refund Policy – Pre-owned iPhones and Android

This Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy is framed in accordance with the Terms and Condition of our Store, and is valid for customers purchasing second-hand / pre-owned iPhones and Andriod from our platform within India (Meghalaya). The product photo be different from the display product, verify our Gallery photo or Instagram post before placing an order, we cannot show all the details and defects but we try our best to be transparent. Thank you for shopping with us. We deal exclusively in second-hand / pre-owned iPhones. Every device is tested and verified before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
- Eligibility for Return (Valid Grounds)
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, only if the issue falls under the following legally valid grounds:
- The device does not power ON on first use (dead on arrival)
- Major functional or hardware defects not disclosed on the product page
- Software-related issues that prevent normal usage (e.g., device stuck on Apple logo, Android Logo activation failure not caused by the buyer’s Apple ID or actions)
- Wrong product delivered (model / storage / color mismatch)
- Physical damage caused during transit, provided it is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Cases Where Return Is Not Permitted
Returns shall not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Minor scratches, dents, discoloration, or cosmetic wear consistent with second-hand usage
- Battery health concerns if the battery condition is clearly disclosed on the product page
- Defects or damage arising due to customer misuse, mishandling, liquid exposure, jailbreaking, software tampering, or unauthorized repairs
- Network, SIM, or connectivity issues attributable to telecom service providers
- Change of mind, dissatisfaction without defect, or product no longer required
- iCloud lock, Apple ID lock, or security features enabled by the customer after delivery
- Conditions for Return Approval
A return request shall be approved only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The device is returned in the same condition as delivered
- All original accessories (if provided) are returned
- The IMEI number matches our sales and dispatch records
- The device is not password-protected or iCloud-locked at the time of return
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.
- Return & Verification Process
- The customer must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the defect must be provided
- Our technical team will evaluate and verify the reported issue
- Upon approval, return shipping instructions will be communicated to the customer
- Shipping Damage & Proof Requirement
- Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video and clear images of the package and product are mandatory as proof
- Claims without sufficient evidence may be declined, as permitted under applicable consumer rules
- Refund Policy (As Per Indian Regulations)
- Once the returned device is received and passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment, as mandated by Indian consumer regulations
- Shipping or handling charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to us
- Replacement Policy
- Replacement requests are subject to stock availability of the same or equivalent model
- If a replacement is not available, a refund shall be issued in accordance with Section 7 of this policy
