2. Device Condition & Grading

Each product listing clearly mentions:

• Storage capacity

• Physical condition (Excellent / Good / Fair)

• Battery health (for iPhones, where applicable)

• Functional status

3. Warranty Policy

• We provide a limited testing / seller warranty only if mentioned on the product page.

• Warranty (if applicable) covers functional hardware issues only.

4.1 Non‑Returnable Cases

• We ship across Meghalaya only  through our partners.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days (it depend on the location).
